This release coincided with the release of the Dashboard V2 utilised by the KeyMaaS and Distributor operations teams for management and monitoring of the cloud services.

  • Implemented Data import to allow assigning Keys and Key groups to a user

  • Implemented Twilio Send Grid to send Emails with improved feedback over GSuite email services

  • Added Dashboard checks and data scraping activities to Task Service

  • Built Create and Migrate scripts for Site Setup tool

  • Added a Resync user button on the Users page

  • Added new card formats including Tecom 27 bit

  • Added more email and sms settings to enable / disable - end user sms / email, report emails and escalation SMS

  • Added various improvement to Reservation functions including cleanups, event auditing and edge cases

  • Added Key Overdue Time of Day functionality

  • Added ability to allow On Premise versions to Override the Email to use their own SMTP server

  • Added a report for Contractor Check In and Check Out events

  • Added an “Approve all users” On User Approval page

  • Added a new view to KeyWatchers called Key View which shows all keys across all panels on a data grid with their current location. Single click to rename keys. Useful for Fleet.

Fixes

  • When a cached user is checked out remove all additional keys or groups that have been added

  • Added missing event for Deny user

  • Resync all users in a Profile when manipulating anything in the Profile

  • When Commence Date is set in the future on User Approval page ensure that User is not downloaded until the Commence Date arrives

  • Improve validation of Phone Number field
