Introduction

The document communicates the major new features and changes in this release of the KeyMaaS Version 3.11 and previous 2 years of releases.

About This Release

KeyMaaS v3.12 is a minor release which affects user interface, client and servers in the KeyMaaS system. Improvements for new functionality have been included along with enhancements in the deployment and operation of KeyMaaS sites.

Upgrade Process

For cloud deployments the upgrade is performed by the KeyMaaS team during our standard downtime window Tuesday evening 9:00PM-10:00PM AEST time. There should be no noticeable impact to operation outside of the downtime window and in general the user interface remains familiar. In order to ensure that the browser is running the latest version of the interface clients can follow the steps in this tech tip for their operating system and browser type:

For On Premise deployments please contact your KeyWatcher distributor for support on upgrading to this version.

For Hybrid deployments it is recommended for optimum performance that the KeyMaaS Client be updated to run on this latest version.
